Our team is helmed by Pastry Chef Tiffany MacIsaac who leads the dedicated, hard-working team in the kitchen. Tiffany and her husband, Chef Kyle Bailey, moved here from New York City in 2009 to run the pastry show at sister restaurant Birch & Barley, and oversees all Neighborhood Restaurant Group pastry programs, with Buzz at the tippy top of her list.
Tiffany's lovely creations have been featured in Food & Wine, The Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine and on the CBS Early Show. She was awarded the Best Pastry Chef RAMMY in 2011 and recognized by the Star Chefs organization as a Rising Star in 2010. That same year, Birch & Barley was honored as Best New Restaurant of the Year by the Restaurant Association of
Metropolitan Washington.
